Our Story
Gaia is the Greek name for the earth. The earth is a complex set of organic and inorganic systems that need to be in balance in order for our world to be healthy. Healthcare is similar in that there are a variety of complex systems of people, process, and technology that need to be in balance to have healthy integrated delivery networks, hospitals and other types of provider organizations.
Sarah Moore
Founder & CEO
Sarah has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare space. She has extensive experience with healthcare strategy, healthcare IT, health information exchange, vendor selections, system implementations, healthcare IT policy, and project management.
Harry Petaway
Contributing Principal and Subject Matter Expert
Harry’s experience partnering with healthcare organizations spans more than two decades. His expertise is built on a foundation of systems thinking enhanced by real-world and academic experience. Harry has extensive knowledge in healthcare IT, patient & clinician engagement, population health, value-based care, analytics, project adoption strategies and business development. Harry is also a public health doctoral candidate, investigating provider experiences toward achieving the Institute of Healthcare Improvement’s Quadruple Aim.
